Warranty & Maintenance

Baeryon guarantees that all products will be covered by limited 3 years warranty against frame and limited 2 year warranty against fabric from the date of purchase. If a component is deemed defective within the terms of the warranty, we will furnish a replacement part at no cost. This warranty is applicable under conditions of normal use, Warranties for fabric, finish and frame exclude normal wear and tear and require that furniture was properly maintained as outlined in care instructions.

Damage to furniture caused by acts of nature, accidents, abuse or lack of proper care and slight compression of cushions will avoid all warranties.

 

Maintenance

How to clean frame:

To all metal frames, apply a fine, clear automobile wax for maximum protection against harmful ultraviolet exposure and salt air.

For best protection, perform this maintenance two or three times per year in low pollution areas or more frequently in high pollution areas.

Light stains and soils may be removed with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinsed with clear water and dried thoroughly.

Mildew and heavy stains can be removed with a quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner. Woven furnishings may not be suitable for intensely hot climates.

 

How to Clean Rattan:

Maintenance of your cane furniture is fairly easy. You can just wipe it with a dry cloth to keep it in the best condition. Only use a slightly damp cloth to remove spillages.

 

How to clean ceramic top---Only apply to Cetus table:

Light stains and soils may be removed with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinsed with clear water and dried thoroughly.

 

Cushion:

Never store cushions while wet. We recommend that all cushion chairs are covered with a furniture cover or stored inside to extend their life. Warranty specifically excludes stains, mildew, fading and stretching of fabric and flattening of cushions.

Olefin fabric possesses a built in stain and soil release characteristic for easy maintenance. Stains are easily removed with warm soapy water.

 

Note:

Do not dry clean or use a washing machine or dryer. Do not steam or use water at temperatures above 100°F when washing.

Note:

Be careful to keep the cleaner from contact with the cushions of your furniture, as it will cause discoloration. Do not use bleach on printed acrylic fabrics. Do not use solvent-type materials on woven vinyl, woven blend or ultra woven blend fabrics as they will damage the yarns. Do not use chlorine based cleaners.
