+Is shipping free?

       Yes, shipping is FREE and we’re offering contactless delivery on all orders to ensure your safety.


+Where do you ship?

       Currently, we ship to all 48 contiguous United States.


+When will my order ship?

       All orders placed on our site will ship out within 1 week of the order being placed. 


+How can i track my order?

       Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking information. Your tracking number will contain a link to the carrier’s tracking page where you can enter your tracking number. For more information about our contracted carriers please look at our Shipping & Delivery page.


+What kind of materials do you use in your products?

       Our outdoor collections are designed to withstand the elements. All interior frames are made of either Powder Coated Aluminum. All our Wicker is HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Wicker, that is mold and mildew resistant. Our Cushions are covered in either Solution Dyed 100% Olefin fabric for longevity. Our Seat Cushions are made of foam, wrapped in Polyester fiber for added comfort, and our Back Cushions are filled with Polyester fiber creating a voluminous look, that is also cushy and relaxing.


+Do your products carry a prop 65 Warning?

       Yes. Our products are made from both man-made and natural materials that contain at least one of the chemicals listed under prop 65, and so we place that warning on all our products.


+How do I care for my outdoor furniture?

       You will find that it is actually quite easy to maintain and care for your outdoor set by going to our Maintenance page. There you will find simple instructions for cleaning your frames, cushions and rattan
