Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best customer experience, no matter where you live. Every day, we carefully keep track of our shipping service, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

When placing your order, please make sure that your phone number and shipping address are correct and up to date.

Shipping: Free Shipping America.

Shipping logistics providers: UPS, FedEX etc. 
Processing time: All orders are shipped out within one week. *Business Days Only .
Delivery time : 2-4 weeks. (*Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore baeryon is not guaranteeing delivery dates.)

Small Parcel

Items such as individual chairs, coffee tables and ottomans will be shipped via FedEX or UPS ground. You will receive tracking information when your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment through the link in the confirmation email you will receive or on the carrier's website.  Most 


Most orders will be shipped through an LTL carrier. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your tracking number will contain a link to your LTL carriers website where you can track your order. Once your order arrives at its destination terminal the freight provider will call you to schedule your delivery appointment. 

1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to. 
2. When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. 
3. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at customerservice@baeryon.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping.
