We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be received in new condition.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Our quality control teams inspect all the items before shipping to easure each order is delivered safe and sound. We encourage you to do the same once you receive your order. In the event you receive your furniture with damage to the packaging, accept the shipment, mark the damage on the Delivery Form before signing it, document it with a photo and call us. In case there is something wrong with the production of your furniture, please contact us within 3 days of receiving, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In case you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, any cancellation will be considered a return and subject to our Return Policy.
